INSUPAK boxes offer a complete and secure system to transport temperature sensitive products. Unlike other insulated packaging INSUPAK boxes use 100% recyclable materials. The outer carton being a corrugated box and the inner insulation a 25mm polythene foam. Both materials can be conventionally recycled. The foam is one of the strongest insulation products, being flexible, unlike polystyrene it will not crack or shatter giving your product greater protection while in transit, these are ideal for meat boxes.

We have developed packs which cater most requirements in both quantity and size. With only 10 boxes in a pack they offer a versatile option where several sizes can be purchased without requiring a large storage area. INSUPAK boxes are manufactured in house which enables us to offer bespoke boxes if required. INSUPAK boxes are supplied in packs of 10's, we feel this a more versatile quantity as assorted sizes can be purchased without a major cost or a large storage space required. Bespoke packaging can also be supplied, all boxes can be supplied with print along with white outer and purpose made die cut boxes (subject to minimum quantities).
